Gemstone cutting
At the heart of our craft is the transformation of raw gemstones into impressive works of art
Our team
Experienced lapidaries – each a specialist in their respective field.
Our experienced team of highly skilled lapidaries and apprentices transforms rough gemstones into unique creations. Each lapidary specializes in specific stages of the cutting process, from preforming and shaping to faceting, cabochon cutting, and the final polishing of the stone.
A skilled gemstone cutter requires a wide range of abilities. The profession demands excellent fine motor skills, a keen eye for color and shape, and exceptional precision. Equally important is the ability to accurately assess measurements, proportions, and angles to achieve the best possible result from each gemstone.
The process
From rough stone to masterpiece
Three steps that transform rough gemstones into brilliant works of craftsmanship.
Preforming & Cutting
During the preforming stage, the gemstone cutter must carefully consider the best approach for each rough stone. The decision may be to maximize yield and retain as much weight as possible, to achieve the optimum color, or to shape the rough stone in a way that allows a specific cut to be realized to its fullest potential.
Cutting & Faceting
Our agate cutters create cabochons, signet stones, freeform cuts, and other smooth-finished gemstones. Faceted stones are crafted by our lapidaries with the utmost precision using specialized faceting equipment. Every shape and cut requires exceptional accuracy in both dimensions and angles to achieve the finest possible result.
Polishing
The final polishing stage unveils the gemstone’s full brilliance. Its true colors and natural beauty emerge, reflecting the precision, expertise, and dedication invested in every step of the cutting process.

Origin & Quality
Our rough stones
Exclusively sourced through decades of trusted partnerships, ensuring reliable provenance and transparency.
We source our rough gemstones exclusively through long-standing and trusted business partners. Many of these relationships span generations, giving us privileged access to exceptional and often rare rough material. As a result, we can reliably trace the origin of our gemstones and identify the regions or mines from which they were sourced.
Our collection includes, for example, tourmalines from Namibia, sapphires from Sri Lanka and Madagascar, and spinels from Mozambique and Tanzania.
Our collection also includes opaque gemstones such as pink opal from Peru, labradorite from Canada, and chrysoprase from Australia. We would be pleased to provide further information about the origin of our gemstones upon request.
